My total bill has not been sent or it contains errors
We aim to send the final receipt within 15 minutes after you have received your delivery.
You’ll receive a final receipt email containing:
- Order number
- Type of service
- Total charge
- Any additional charges (if necessary)
Occasionally, there might be a delay. If you did not receive your bill 48 hours after your delivery or have further questions, please contact us and we will make things right for you.
