I am unsure if my order has been processed. How do I check?
When your order is processed successfully, you will receive a confirmation email. Occasionally emails may end up in the junk/spam folder. Take a look there.
The confirmation email contains the following:
- Your order number
- Type of service
- Deliver/pick-up time slot
Alternatively, check Your Orders in our honestbee app. If there is a pending order showing, your order has been submitted successfully. If not, we have not received it.
