I am not sure if my cinema payment went through

If you've booked a ticket from a partner cinema (currently we partner with WE Cinemas), you should have received an order confirmation email from honestbee. Sometimes it can end up in the junk/spam folder, take a look there. You should also be able to see your booking in "Your Orders" on the honestbee app. If you are still not sure, contact us and we'll help you!

If you've booked a ticket from a non-partner cinema, you should have received an order confirmation email directly from the cinema. Non-partner bookings do not appear in "Your Orders" on the honestbee app, so don't be alarmed. If you are still not sure, please contact the cinema directly.
