What do I do if I can't enter the cinema with the tickets?
We're so sorry about this. If you've booked a ticket from a partner cinema (currently we partner with WE Cinemas), please buy the same set of tickets at the counter and contact us with regards to your order confirmation email. We will find out what has happened and contact you as soon as possible.
For tickets bought from a non-partner cinema, please speak directly with the relevant cinema staff.
