What if I missed my pickup/delivery?
If you missed your pickup, you'll be notified via email. Rest assured, you won't be charged as the order will automatically be deemed as cancelled.
For card payments, we will release the pre-authorised amount as soon as possible. It may take up to 10 working days for it to be reflected on your card statement.

If you missed your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to reschedule your delivery. However, we reserve the right to charge a rescheduling fee of $10.
