Why can’t I apply my reward?

There are a few reasons you may not be able to apply your reward. Rewards cannot be applied to an empty cart, they may have a minimum spend amount or be specific to a type of order or have expired. To learn more, go to Your Rewards and simply click on the reward to find out more information about it.
