What if there are missing items in my order?
Although our goal is to fulfill every order, sometimes we only find out from restaurants that an item is out of stock after payment has been processed.
If an item is missing from your order, please check your final receipt and out of stock items should not be charged to you. If an item is shown as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us and we will correct your bill and ensure that the right amount is charged to you.
If accompanying items like sauce, chopsticks and cutlery are missing, please also let us know. We appreciate your feedback to help us continuously improve our service.
