Our cancellation policy:
In general, you can cancel orders if your selected delivery timeslot is more than 2 hours away. For Farm to Table store orders, this is subjected to the conditions of delivery, as our partnering merchants do not operate daily and orders are typically packed by the morning on the date of delivery.
Cancellation is not allowed for pre-orders from a pop-up store (e.g. Christmas store), or where you have ordered a large quantity (20 or more pieces of the same item).
If you have difficulty cancelling your order, please contact us and we will check if we can be of any assistance.
Please note that for all canceled orders on credit card payment mode, the pre-authorised amount is released within 48 hours of cancellation. However, it may take up to 10 working days for the final amount to be reflected on your card statement.
