I have not received my grocery order confirmation or final receipt
When will I get my grocery order confirmation and my final receipt?
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after you have successfully placed an order. Occasionally. emails end up in the junk/spam folder, so take a look there.
Otherwise, you can refer to your "Orders" to see if an order is made.
We also aim to send you the final receipt as soon as possible after we’ve delivered your order. You’ll receive final receipt email containing:
- Order number
- Fulfilled items
- Final order total charged
- Final order billing information can also be found under “Orders”.
If you did not receive your bill after 48 hours or have further questions, please contact us and we will make things right for you.
